Well apparently it was a case of a vindictive ex-wife. It's sad that the mother would put her son through something like this. The father was found NOT GUILTY. After the mother was caught lying in court. But hey where are all the news papers and news channels now. It's ignorant people who jump into conclusions before haveing all the facts.

This Post should be removed from the internet. Officer Rubio was a victim of a vindictive ex-wife which 12 jurors found Engelberto "NOT GUILTY" and his innocence has been proven of this horrific accusation. My heart goes out to the child who the ex-wife decided to use to falsify charges against his father (Officer Rubio). Officer Rubio has endured enough grief that has been put upon him so please remove this article from your blog.
