Sheriff Deputy Gerald Nuckolls Arrested for Sexual Assault and Battery

An Oklahoma sheriff's deputy resigned Wednesday after two women said he sexually assaulted them at a Tulsa County home while he was on duty, a case that comes on the heels of a state trooper and an Oklahoma City police officer being arrested on sexual assault complaints.

Tulsa County Deputy Gerald Nuckolls, 26, was arrested late Tuesday on complaints of sexual assault and battery and indecent exposure. He remained jailed on $125,000 bond Wednesday. It's not clear from jail records whether Nuckolls has an attorney.

Undersheriff Tim Albin said Nuckolls resigned after being placed on unpaid leave. Nuckolls hasn't been formally charged, and authorities believe there could be at least five more women who have yet to come forward.

"It's been a real punch in the gut for us," Albin said at a news conference. "There's a real sense of betrayal for us on this."

Nuckolls' arrest came a day after Oklahoma State Trooper Eric Roberts was arrested on complaints of kidnapping, rape and other crimes. Roberts is accused of sexually assaulting three women while on duty.

Roberts' arrest came just weeks after Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw was accused of sexually assaulting at least eight women while on duty. Holtzclaw has pleaded not guilty to 16 felony counts, including rape and sexual battery.

The recent allegations against the three lawmen are among similar complaints lodged against Oklahoma officers in the past decade.

In 2011, Delaware County commissioners agreed to a $13.5 million settlement after 15 women complained they were raped, sexually assaulted or fondled by their jailers. In 2009, Custer County Sheriff Mike Burgess was sentenced to 79 years for sexual assaults against an inmate and the county agreed to pay about $10 million to settle claims by more than a dozen women.

Former Latimer County Sheriff Melvin Holly was sentenced to 25 years for sexual crimes, including abusing a 19-year-old inmate in 2004 and warning her she would "end up dead somewhere, floating face-down in a river" if she ever reported what happened to the authorities. A settlement with at least 16 women totaled around $670,000.

Nuckolls, who had worked for the sheriff's office for two years, showed up at the women's home investigating a 911 hang-up call about halfway through his shift, according to his arrest and booking report.

The report alleges that Nuckolls pulled one of women inside his patrol SUV and eventually exposed his genitals to her. The woman said she began rubbing the officer's genitals because he told her that it would keep her boyfriend out of jail.

Nuckolls then got out of the SUV and asked a second woman at the house asked if she had drugs inside, according to the report. The woman gave Nuckolls permission to search her residence and he found nothing. She told detectives that Nuckolls urinated near her garage and then went inside the garage with her, making small talk.

Nuckolls asked the woman about her tattoos and if she was wearing a bra, and then reached up and pulled her dress down, according to the report.

The woman said she pulled her dress up as Nuckolls began to touch his genitals. She said she told him she wanted to leave and go back inside and that Nuckolls said he would return when his shift ended at 8 a.m.

The report says Nuckolls told detectives who interviewed him that "he has a problem for pretty women" and that "sexual type activity has occurred" during encounters with about six women on traffic stops or calls.

Missy Iski, director of programs and counseling at DVIS/Call Rape in Tulsa, said Wednesday that potential victims may be reluctant to come forward especially when a law officer is alleged to have been involved.

"When you add a law enforcement person, it even adds to the difficulty," Iski said.

Officer Matthew McMurray Arrested for Exposing Himself

An off-duty Statesboro police officer caught exposing himself in public was fired at the scene before being taken to jail Wednesday morning, according to a Statesboro Police Department news release.

Officers charged Matthew Kyle McMurray, 27, of Sarah Sorrell Road, with public indecency, Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner said.

McMurray was taken into custody around 9:50 a.m. Wednesday after receiving a “call of white male exposing himself in a vehicle,” in the parking lot of Statesboro Crossing shopping center on Brannen Street, where T.J. Maxx and Books-a-Million are located, Turner said

When responding officers found McMurray at the scene, he was “off-duty,” Turner said. “Upon arrest, he was immediately terminated.”

Cpl. Justin Samples, the Statesboro Police Department's public information officer, said McMurray had been with the department for less than six months.

Then, officers took McMurray to the Bulloch County Jail, where he awaits further court action, Turner said.

Anyone with information concerning this case is asked to contact the Statesboro Policed Investigations Bureau at (912) 764-9911.

Correctional Officer Curtis Godard Arrested for Exposing Himself to Co-Workers

Anne Arundel County police said a correctional officer has been arrested and charged in connection with exposing himself to female co-workers.

Police said detectives began investigating allegations of a man exposing himself and committing lewd acts to female co-workers at the Anne Arundel County Ordnance Road Correctional Facility at 600 E. Ordnance Road in Glen Burnie on Thursday.

Detectives interviewed women employees at the facility, who were victims. They said over the past several months a correctional officer had been exposing himself to them. On one occasion, the correctional officer also kissed one of the employees against her will, police said.

The investigation led detectives to obtaining an arrest warrant for Curtis Sylvester Godard, 51, of Severn.

Godard was taken into custody without incident on Thursday evening.

He was charged with two counts of indecent exposure, one count of second-degree assault and a fourth-degree sex offense.

As the investigation continues, police are urging any other potential victims or anyone with information on the incidents to contact Detective Juan Honesto of the Sex Crimes Unit at 410-222-3457 or Metro Crime Stoppers.

Retired Officer Walter Sasse Arrested for Sexual Assault of Teen Girl

A retired Philadelphia police officer has been arrested and charged with the alleged sexual assault of a teenage girl.

According to Philly, Walter Sasse was charged on Wednesday with a number of crimes, including unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, sexual assault and indecent exposure. In total, he has been charged with nine crimes.

The charges stem from an alleged sexual assault that happened in 2011. However, authorities believe that the 75-year-old had a relationship with the teen for years.

WPVI has reported that Sasse met the victim when she was 15-years-old at Courtesy Stables, where she rode horses. The retired cop was employed by the stables and investigators said that the girl also began working there and that's when the alleged sexual contact started.

Police would not release any further details about the victim because of her age.

Sasse, who is a 20-year veteran of the force, was most recently assigned to the PPD’s mounted unit. He was released on $50,000 bond and is scheduled to be back in court on March 25th.

Officer Nigel Hodges Waives Rights to Hearing for Assaulting Bartender

A Robinson Township police officer accused of assaulting a female bartender at closing time waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday morning before North Fayette Township District Judge Anthony Saveikis.

Nigel Hodges, 51, a North Fayette resident, will be tried in Allegheny County Court on charges of indecent assault, indecent exposure, harassment and false imprisonment, according to court documents.

A charge of official suppression was dropped.

The incident occurred after 11 p.m. on Oct. 6 at Tavern With the Lights. According to court records, Hodges visited the bar, left, and then returned when the bartender was alone.

Hodges is accused of grabbing the 20-year-old bartender, whose name is not being released, and kissing her until she broke away. He then performed a sex act in front of her for several minutes, and asked her suggestive questions, according to a police report. He refused her repeated requests to stop. He also grabbed her hand and began sucking her fingers, according to court records.

The woman reported the incident two days later, saying she was initially afraid because Hodges is a police officer.

Officer Nigel Hodges Charged with Indecent Assault

Robinson Township officials are reviewing a criminal case against one of their police officers charged with sex offenses but haven't yet decided on what action to take against him.

Richard Charnovich, township manager, said today that the matter is under "legal advisement" but wouldn't say any more about Nigel Hodges, who was arrested on indecent assault charges on Saturday in connection with an incident on Oct. 7 at a North Fayette bar.

Township commissioners are meeting tonight and the issue will probably be discussed there.

Officer Hodges, 51, was charged with two counts of indecent assault and one count of indecent exposure, unlawful restraint, official oppression and harassment after an encounter with a 20-year-old bartender at the Tavern with the Lights bar.

In an affidavit, Allegheny County detectives said he tried to force himself on the young woman after the bar had emptied, then masturbated in front of her and grabbed her hand and sucked on her fingers.

The woman reported the incident to North Fayette police on Oct. 9, and officers there contacted county police for help.

According to the affidavit, the woman waited two days because Officer Hodges is a police officer, but a friend in whom she confided persuaded her to report the incident.

Officer Charles Dean & David Gaither Terminated for Exposing Themselves

MYRTLE BEACH

Two local officers are no longer with their respective police forces after witnesses said they were intoxicated and exposed themselves in front of families on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Officer Charles Henry Dean, 30, of the Horry County Police Department resigned on Monday, according to Sgt. Robert Kegler. Dean recently was involved in a videotaped beating of a Longs man during an arrest on Bellamy Road in Little River.

Officer David Gaither, 50, was terminated from his position Monday with the Myrtle Beach Police Department as of Monday, according to Capt. David Knipes.

Both police departments conducted their own internal investigations before it was announced the officers were no longer on the job.

It is not known whether charges will be filed against Dean or Gaither in connection with the incident, Kegler said.

Sarah Delosantos of Conway said Tuesday that she saw Dean ``shaking his butt and mooning everybody'' on July 5 near The Boathouse, located Hard Rock Parkway in Horry County.

Delosantos said she was with four children _ ages 7, 10, 12 and 14 _ who witnessed the acts. One of Delosantos' friends took photos of Dean and about 15 other people near him who were ``shotgunning alcohol,'' she said.

``We didn't even know Charles Dean was a cop until we showed the officer the photos and he said `I think he's an officer,''' Delosantos said. ``We know Gaither was a cop.''

Delosantos said one of her friends confronted Gaither at the time of the incident and asked him to stop what he was doing.

On May 18, a video from an officer's dashboard-mounted camera shows Dean punching Krishmer Shamar Bessent, 30, several times in the face and kicking him once in the abdomen, just minutes after the man had taken the officer's Taser and fired it. An internal investigation cleared Dean of wrongdoing.

Dean, a patrol officer, was hired by Horry County police in October, 2006.

Gaither, a traffic officer, was hired by Myrtle Beach police in September, 2000, according to city records.

Trooper Thomas Bledsoe Charged with Indecent Exposure

A Texas State Trooper, Thomas James Bledsoe, has been suspended with pay after he was charged with indecent exposure, a class B misdemeanor, in the Cherokee County Court-at-Law.

Mr. Bledsoe is charged with exposing himself before another department employee while standing in his office on Feb. 3.

The complaint alleged Sgt. Bledsoe was "reckless about whether another person was present who would be offended or alarmed by his act."

The complaint was filed with County Attorney Craig Caldwell by Jo Anna Miles, an employee of the DPS office in Jacksonville.

Sgt. Bledsoe turned himself in to authorities last week and immediately posted a $1,000 bond after being arraigned by Justice of the Peace James Morris, Precinct 3.

Although Ms. Miles is an employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety, her salary is paid by Cherokee County.

Sgt. Bledsoe completed his trooper training and had been assigned to the Jacksonville office since February 2004.

He was promoted to sergeant in December 2008.

He was suspended with pay on Friday, March 20.

Officer John Newman Charged with Indecent Exposure

A Vanderbilt University police officer has been charged with indecent exposure.

A grand jury in Williamson County indicted John B. Newman, 38, last week.

Newman, who lives on Cavalry Drive in Franklin, is accused of exposing himself to a female while driving on Interstate 65 in Brentwood.

Court records state Newman exposed his genitals to Kacie F. Dunavan on Dec. 17. Dunavan took note of the license plate number on Newman’s vehicle and filed a report with the Brentwood Police Department, according to Capt. Jeff Hughes.

Newman, who holds the rank of commander, was placed on administrative leave on Jan. 15, according to a Vanderbilt University spokeswoman.

“That’s when we were informed about him being under investigation,” said Elizabeth Latt, spokeswoman for the university.

Newman was booked into the Williamson County jail on Friday and released 45 minutes later after posting a $1,000 bond. He is set to appear before a judge for arraignment on March 30.

Newman has been a Vanderbilt police officer since June 24, 2002, according to Latt. He is considered a senior officer. Newman was once reprimanded for getting into a verbal altercation with another officer.

Officer Joseph Houston Investigated for Exposing Himself

BREWSTER

Selectmen met for a second, and final, time yesterday afternoon in a closed-door session to decide whether to discipline or dismiss Brewster police Officer Joseph Houston for alledgedly exposing himself and assaulting other patrons at a Jan. 18 rock concert in Boston.

The hearing took nearly two hours and allowed Houston's attorney to present his client's side of the case to the board. Afterward, selectmen chairman Peter Norton said the rules regarding executive session prohibited him from commenting on the meeting other than to say that the board had concluded its deliberations on the matter.

Leaving the meeting, Houston did not appear to be a man who had been vindicated. He and his attorney walked briskly past reporters, who had been excluded from the hearing. Neither Houston nor his attorney, Patrick Bryant, would comment on whether Houston still had a job as a Brewster police officer.

"There will be no comment at this time," Bryant said.

The municipal payroll is considered a public record, and, after the meeting, Police Chief Richard Koch said that Houston, who had been on paid administrative leave since the January incident, would not be on paid leave as of today, or any time thereafter.

Houston was allegedly intoxicated while at a Metallica concert at TD Banknorth Garden on Jan. 18. At one point, he allegedly pulled down his pants and urinated on a man in the row in front of him. According to a complaint filed with Boston police after the concert, Houston also physically and verbally harassed the female members of the party, identified only as a family from out of state, and allegedly lunged at the man's sister with his pants still down and genitals exposed.

When he was ejected by security guards for fighting with the first victim, Houston allegedly flashed his Brewster police badge, identified himself as an officer and demanded he be allowed back into the concert. At one point, he allegedly said "Look at Obama" to a black Transit police officer.

Houston was arrested by the Transit Police and charged with trespassing for trying to get back into the concert. He has been arraigned on that charge. Boston detectives have also requested a clerk's hearing, set for March 5, on possible felony charges against the officer.

Executive session is typically invoked in personnel cases, especially disciplinary and dismissal hearings. The sessions are closed to the public and media unless the defendant asks them to be conducted in open session. Houston requested a closed hearing. Executive session minutes and the record of decision is generally public information, once selectmen have reviewed and approved them.

Chief Koch said his department's own internal investigation into Houston's conduct at the concert would not be released until after all avenues of appeal had been exhausted, including any possible union grievance.

Officer Patrick Muriel Arrested for Indecent Exposure

San Antonio police officer Patrick Muriel was arrested this week for indecent exposure after two female students at the University of Texas at San Antonio alleged he exposed himself.

Muriel, a five-year veteran patrolman, was placed on administrative duty pending the outcome of the UTSA investigation, according to SAPD.

The first report came from a student walking to her car in the parking lot, said David Hernandez, chief of the UTSA police force.

The woman said a man in a dark car called out to her. She thought he needed help, so she walked over. When she looked down, the man’s pants were down, Hernandez said.

The woman jumped back and the car sped off.

Security cameras helped police identify the car’s license plate, which led them to 29-year-old Muriel, an off-duty police officer. Both students identified Muriel from a photo lineup, Hernandez said.

Police were saddened to learn Muriel was an off-duty SAPD officer.

“When you have large number of employees, no matter how hard you screen, you are going to get some that sneak through,” Hernandez said. “There is no way to get inside a person’s heart and see what their deepest darkest secrets are. It is rare and we thank God for that."

Judge Jess Harris Must Face Trial for Indecent Exposure

TULSA

Tulsa County District Judge Jesse Harris must face trial on a felony count of indecent exposure, an Osage County judge ruled Monday.

District Judge M. John Kane IV indicated that after "having carefully considered the law and the evidence,” he found sufficient evidence to order Harris to trial.

Kane set a March 3 arraignment for Harris, at a time and place to be determined by a new judge who is likely to be assigned by state Supreme Court Chief Justice James Edmondson.

According to state statute, a judge who conducts a preliminary hearing shall not also handle the trial "except with the consent of all parties.”

Allen Smallwood, one of Harris’ defense lawyers, said a different judge will handle a trial in the case.

What’s alleged?
Harris, 54, was charged April 24 with two felony counts of indecent exposure. He has denied allegations that he exposed his penis on March 9 to two women outside a hotel in the 8200 block of E Skelly.

Kane got the case in May after Tulsa County presiding District Judge Michael Gassett asked then-Supreme Court Chief Justice James Winchester to assign a judge from outside the judicial district.

Harris did not testify at the preliminary hearing, which ended Friday.

One contention of defense lawyers is that Washington County prosecutors, assigned to handle the case, overcharged Harris when they filed two counts — one involving each accuser — for a single alleged act.

Kane said Harris will be tried on one count, which will cover allegations involving both women.

One accuser was Harris’ former girlfriend. The other was sentenced to prison in July on two felony DUI charges.

Lawyers for Harris have focused considerable attention in court on challenging the credibility of the two women.

‘Critical’ witness
Also Monday, lawyers in the case agreed to take a deposition this week from a woman who was arrested Friday on a warrant issued when she failed to attend court to testify.

Rosa Luevano was a cleaning worker who saw people in the parking lot and who was subpoenaed as a "critical” witness for the defense, Smallwood said previously.

After her arrest, Luevano was released on a personal recognizance bond and an electronic monitor.

Out of County Judge to Rule Monday if Judge Jesse Harris will Face Trial

TULSA

An out-of-county judge indicated Friday that he will rule Monday on whether Tulsa County District Judge Jesse Harris must face trial on a charge of exposing himself to two women in a Tulsa parking lot.

That timetable could be affected by the arrest of a defense witness after Harris’ preliminary hearing recessed Friday. The woman was arrested on a warrant issued when she failed to testify.

Harris, 54, was charged in April with two felony counts of indecent exposure.

He has denied allegations that he exposed his penis on March 9 to two women outside a hotel in the 8200 block of E Skelly Drive.

Osage County District Judge M. John Kane IV, who has presided over a prolonged preliminary hearing that began Oct. 2, said he would issue his ruling Monday.

Witness a no-show

The arrested woman, Rosa Luevano, was a cleaning worker who saw the people in the parking lot and is a "critical witness,” defense lawyer Allen Smallwood said.
After her arrest Friday, she was released on a personal recognizance bond and an electronic monitor, with instructions to report Monday afternoon to the offices of a law firm involved in the case.

The defense indicated near the close of Friday’s session that it had no more witnesses to call at the hearing, but that was before the woman’s arrest.

Harris has not testified.

Defense lawyers maintained that Washington County prosecutors overcharged Harris in April when they filed two counts — one count involving each woman — for a single alleged act.

Kane said that if the case moves beyond the preliminary hearing, it will proceed as only one count.

One of the accusers is Kalisha Nolen, identified as a former girlfriend of Harris’. She testified in October and was called to the witness stand again Friday.

The other accuser was sentenced to prison in July on two felony DUI charges.

During an argument Friday, Smallwood urged Kane to make a determination regarding the credibility of the two accusers and to find that the evidence is lacking to send Harris to trial.

Smallwood described the women as "two desperate individuals” — one who was desperate to stay out of prison and the other desperate for attention.

Credibility cited

Washington County District Attorney Rick Esser, who was assigned to handle the Tulsa County case, asserted that the issue of credibility is a trial issue. Esser contends that the prosecution’s evidence is enough to take the case to trial.

During questioning by defense lawyer Joel Wohlgemuth, Nolen acknowledged that she appeared in a "PeePee Pals” video produced in Nashville in 2007.

That video, which can be accessed on the Internet along with other PeePee Pals productions, features characters discussing urination.

Nolen portrays a character named Samantha, who tests a male character’s resolve "in the further exploration into the world of PeePee Pal bonding,” according to a video synopsis.

Wohlgemuth said the PeePee Pal video is "sick and perverted.”

Nolen said the video was funny and not "dirty.”

Deputy Michael James Arrested for Indecency

VALDOSTA, GA

A Lowndes County deputy is facing indecency charges after exposing himself to children. 38-year-old Michael Anthony James surrendered to authorities at the Valdosta Police Department Friday after warrants were issued for his arrest.

The incident happened September 11th in the 2500 block of Forrestwood Drive. Around 3:20 that afternoon, a child walking home from a bus stop reported seeing a naked man standing exposed in his front doorway.

"If a child sees anything like that, they should immediately report it to a responsible adult as these children did. And that way action can be taken immediately. These children did real good about telling a parent or another adult," said Lt. Bobbi McGraw with the Valdosta Police Department.

James was charged with two counts of public indecency. He was released on a two-thousand dollar bond.

Officer Charged With Sexual Assaulting Two Teenagers

A New Castle police officer has been charged with sexually assaulting two teenagers at his Union Township home.

Richard L. Corbin, 35, of 458 Moore Ave., was arraigned before District Judge Jerry Cartwright on two counts each of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and four counts of corruption of minors. He also is charged with two counts of furnishing alcohol to minors.

Following his arraignment at 8 p.m. yesterday, state police said Corbin was released on non-monetary bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Central Court.

According to a prepared statement issued by the New Castle Police Department, Corbin has been placed on leave pending further investigation. The statement did not indicate whether the leave is paid or unpaid.

On Tuesday, state police from the Butler Criminal Investigation Unit probed the reported sexual assault of two teenage girls — one is 15, the other is 14. She was 13 at the time of the alleged incident, which took place in January at Corbin’s Moore Avenue home, police said.

According to paperwork filed in the office of District Judge Jennifer Nicholson, police interviewed the younger girl on Tuesday at the state police station in New Castle.

She told officers that in January, Corbin had offered the two a ride to Club Unity, their intended destination.

Once inside his car, she said, Corbin began touching her over her clothing. She said a bottle of liquor had been found in the back seat and both girls asked if they could drink some before they reached the club. She said Corbin had agreed and suggested they drink the alcohol at his home.

The girl said all three began to drink the alcohol in the living room of the officer’s home.

After drinking seven to eight shots of the flavored vodka, the victim said, she went upstairs to the bathroom. When she came out, she said, Corbin invited her to go into his bedroom, which contained a computer.

The court papers said the girl had reported she “eventually engaged in sexual intercourse with Corbin.”

When they finished, she said, she went downstairs and told the older girl that she had had sex with Corbin. She said Corbin then went downstairs and began “kissing and fondling” the other girl.

The girl said that Corbin and the older girl then went upstairs, returning in about 20 minutes.

Police interviewed the older girl on Wednesday at a treatment center in Farrell. They said she had corroborated the younger girl’s statements.

Officers arrested Corbin yesterday at his home.

According to city records, Corbin was hired as a patrolman on a temporary basis in May 1998 and served in that capacity until Jan. 1, 2003, when he became a full-time officer.

Through a cooperative effort with the New Castle district, Corbin served as a school resource officer assigned to the junior-senior high, according to superintendent George Gabriel.

The policeman served in that position from April 9, 2007, through Feb. 1, 2008, according to the district.

Gabriel would not comment on why Corbin’s duties at the school ended.

The superintendent said the purpose of the program was to have students become familiar with police officers and “mostly to ensure safety in the building.”

Some of Corbin’s responsibilities at the junior-senior high included patrolling the outside the building to detect unauthorized persons or vehicles; monitoring the halls, restrooms and stairwells during classroom changes; and assisting in stopping disturbances and undue distractions in the school and its grounds.

New Castle Mayor Anthony Mastrangelo said he had just learned of Corbin’s arrest this morning and had not had a chance to talk with Police Chief Tom Sansone about the officer’s status.

In a prepared statement sent to the New Castle News this morning, the police department acknowledged that Corbin, one it its officers, had been charged.

“While the New Castle Police Department takes these matters seriously, we must reserve comment at this time pending the outcome of the court process.”

Officer Accused Of Exposing Himself

A Woodburn, Oregon police officer accused of exposing himself was arrested at his home in Salem on Saturday night.

Neighbors said they called police when they saw Jose "Tony" Rodriguez standing in his doorway with his pants down, inappropriately touching himself.

When Salem police arrived at the home, Rodriguez admitted to the lewd act, police said.

Officers said Rodriguez told them he was depressed.

Rodriguez has been placed on administrative leave, pending the outcome of the criminal investigation, a police department representative said Monday.

Woman Moves Out of State to Feel Safe from Judge

Kalisha Nolen who accused Judge Jesse Harris of exposing himself has moved to Nashville, Tennessee so she will feel safe. "I knew that once he saw the police report ... he would know that I had done this and that it would be public record," she said. "I was already afraid of him ... It was not safe for me" to stay in Oklahoma, she said.

Now, she said, "I am not afraid to stand up to him. I have had it once and for all."

Miss Nolen, 32 dated Judge Harris for 5 years, but had left him a year before the alleged exposure occurred back on March 9. Nolen said she met him in 2002, when she worked as a process server during a high-profile molestation trial.

She said she broke up with him in 2007 "because of all the womanizing.”

She said she gave a Tulsa police detective access to her medical records and even took a lie-detector test, "because they said it would help them make a solid case.”
The police affidavit alleges that Judge Harris pulled up outside Nolen’s motel room and, as she looked out the window of her room, asked questions about Nolen's friend.

Nolen said she had called Judge Harris earlier that morning, seeking legal advice for the friend. The police affidavit alleges that as he sat in his car outside the motel room, Harris asked Nolen about her friend's looks and suggested they have group sex. At one point he exited the car and exposed his penis through the fly of his pants, Nolen told police. The judge continued to expose himself after the second woman exited the motel room, the affidavit quotes Nolen as saying.

During a police interview, Harris admitted having a conversation with the women outside the motel room but denied any exposure or explicit sexual conversation, according to the affidavit.

Harris has been a judge since 1986 and has been a trial judge in criminal cases longer than any other Tulsa County judge.

Nolan now lives in a “protective environment” and is receiving counseling, services for domestic and sexual assault.
