A Greensboro police officer faces multiple charges of fraud and identify theft.
Court documents reveal Officer Brian Julius Coble is accused of stealing a woman's credit card then going on a shopping spree.
In all, he faces seven felony charges including identity theft, credit card fraud and obtaining property by false pretenses.
According to arrest warrants coble stole a credit card and took at least five trips to Neimann Marcus.
Among the items police say he bought: $500 in shoes, $200 in clothes and on three separate occassions authorities say Coble bought jewelry.
On the last trip, they say he spent $2,000 on jewelry.
In total, investigators believe Coble spend $4,600 on the stolen credit card.
GPD suspended Coble in November for unrelated accusations.
Police will not give us details on that internal investigation.
He remains suspended without pay.
According to GPD, Coble makes $45,000 a year.
He's been released from jail on $10,000 bond.

no not a case of a woman scorned hes a ohysco! I dated him and he stalked me along all my other friends! Hes crazy and im beyond happy he is off the squad! I reported his behavior and of course no one believed me because he was a "cop" now look face all over the news and name all over the internet! Hes a real piece of work! He will win you over with charm and tear your world apart! Hes crazy!

Met him on match.com. Indeed he was quite the charmer but something felt disingenuous about him. So i did a google search and discovered this site. I am blessed to have dodged this.

I know this blog is old, but I know another woman will come along searching for information on Brian like I did. He currently lives in Gaithersburg, MD. I've been seeing him on and off for 6 months. He is a charmer and will make the first two weeks of dating the best you've ever had. However, he will be guarded...won't share much personal information and will only see you under his terms. Eventually, he will just drop off the face of the earth. I suspected that he had psychological issues. Other comments made here by other women confirmed it. Please listen to the comment above. It's 2019 and everything that person said is true. Brian is a pharmacy district manager for CVS and lives in the DC area (he will say Rockville but he lives in Derwood, MD in the basement of a single family home). He will not disclose his past in law enforcement or these criminal allegations. He is extremely guarded, controlling, and will want to move quickly. He has a questionable relationship with alcohol and will probably embarrass you if he gets drunk. Do not let him fool you! He will seem nice and will wine and dine you. But the moment you're not happy with his behavior or he feels like he might have to put in effort to keep you ....he'll disappear. He frequents popular dating sites like Match, Tinder, and OKCupid. He used to be fat but lost a lot of weight from weight loss surgery. You deserve better than Brian Coble. RUN!!!

I just went on a first date last night and I knew something was wrong with him. I work in behavioral health and there were sooooo many warning signs of a serious mental health condition. The nervous tics, impulsivity, excessive drinking, trying to plate my food, inviting me on family trips. Then he switched... he all of sudden tried to speed the convo up. Wanted to go back to my place, which I refused, then planned our next date. It was soooo bizarre. I'm grateful I gave him a burner number. This is insane.

It's 2023 and everything all the previous ladies have said is correct. I have experienced the disconnect to share anything about who he is and is very quick to get irritated when things do not go his way. Alcoholism is real and the embarrassing moments. There is a mental disconnect for this mam on all levels and forget understanding, compassion, maturity and any hopes for a emotional connection. Wish I had used Google before I invested any time. Happy to say it wasn't too late but always best to check who you're surrounded with.
