BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio
A Logan County corrections officer was in court on Friday after she was fired and arrested on suspicion of stealing drugs from inmates.
Theresa Zook waived her right to a preliminary hearing in a Bellefontaine court and was released on her own recognizance.
Authorities said Zook was recently booking an inmate and stole prescription drugs while on the job.
Her case will now go before a grand jury.

They can say there were no thefts before Dec., 2008, if they want, but I personally know two other people that had told me at least a year before she was caught, that she had stolen drugs from them.
I would love to know why this convicted thief didn't get jail time.... and why people drinking with her are getting arrested for DUI and she isn't....
