Is this Police Brutality? What do you think?

I'm fine with this.

First of all I think the officer should have explained to the drunk better to the reason why he was being removed from the train. He may have responded a little differently. Then when the man doesn’t respond quickly enough, the officer begins to immediately raise his voice and cusses at him, then states, “Do you want to fight me?” What kind of crap is that? Plus if I was a passenger I wouldn’t want to here that kind of language...what if there were children around?

The officer should have still be calmly explaining why was being removed and if he did not comply, the officer would then physically remove him.

Right before the other officers arrive, he punches the man who is obviously not fighting back. The man is probably too drunk to understand what is going on. When the person in the orange and gray jacket sees the officer punch the man, he quickly moves away...probably fearing he could be injured.

Not an extreme case, but the officer acts if he’s having a bad day and is taking it out of the man. Or on the far end, the officer is jumped up on steroids. ...?

He needs to take a class on how to interact with drunks, when in the public eye...people then looking on might have a different view of the police. When you have an officer act like this around other citizens you can’t but help feel sorry for the man being struck. Being there you almost feel like you are the one being abused, therefore you will take pity on the man, and the officer will always appear to be in the wrong because of how this leaves a citizen feeling.
